There is a tracking number, but it doesn’t work outside of Taiwan, it can only be used internationally for investigations, such as if your parcel got lost.
All Sunless Effects products ship from Taiwan. Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees on international orders. If a package is returned to us because these fees were unpaid, a 25% restocking fee will apply.
