Returns

We accept full or partial order returns. All returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your items, no reason or justification required.

Requests made after 14 days will be refused.

Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees on international orders. If a package is returned to us because these fees were unpaid, a 25% restocking fee will apply.

Items must be returned in like-new condition with all original packaging contents. If they are not, a 25% restocking fee may be applied.

The customer is responsible for return shipping and assumes all liability for lost or damaged shipments. We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method with delivery confirmation and signature required.

Important: Orders shipped via Chunghwa Post are not eligible for returns. Since this service does not provide tracking, we’re unable to verify delivery dates and confirm the 14-day return window.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s). They will only be issued to the original payment method used for the order.

If eligible, refunds include the full price paid, including standard shipping costs.

Returns must be processed individually; combining separately requested returns can delay the refund process.

The refund process typically takes 3–5 business days after we receive your package. This time frame does not include transit time.

We reserve the right to refuse returns in cases of extreme policy abuse, such as excessive returns or fraud.

Damages and issues

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported immediately upon receipt so we can review the issue and resolve it.
