Shipping policy

Disclaimer : All Sunless Effects products ship from Taiwan. Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees on international orders. If a package is returned to us because these fees were unpaid, a 25% restocking fee will apply.

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Orders placed with a P.O. Box address will be cancelled.

We currently offer the following shipping methods. Available destinations may change :

• DHL (tracking provided). Transit times are typically 48 hours once shipped, but customs clearance can add delays..
  Destinations :
  Worldwide.

• SF Express (tracking provided). Transit times are typically 48 hours once shipped, but customs clearance can add delays..
  Destinations :
  Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR.
  Lost shipments: If a package is lost, we will provide a replacement.

• Chunghwa Post (no tracking available). Our lowest-cost option, but it can take up to a month to arrive, depending on customs.
  USA (all regions excluding Hawaii), UK (all regions), Norway(all regions).
  If a package goes missing, an investigation can be requested, but it takes a minimum of 3 months.

• 7-eleven Taiwan : local pick-up only.

Other notes :

• Live shipping rates are shown at checkout in real time. They’re calculated based on where the order ships from, the destination, the chosen shipping method, and the carrier’s current pricing.

• Shipping rates are calculated by weight, and carriers round each package up to the next full unit. Our rates follow the same rule.

We’re a small workshop we cannot compete with huge retailers in term of speed, but we’ll always make sure your order reaches you.
